Palo Santo, which means "holy wood" is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal. It has been used for centures in rituals to ward off bad energy and clear energy fields. 
 
How to Use:
Burn your Palo Santo, sitting with the wood, nursing it and immersing yourself in its sacred smoke. Holding the wood in both hands, visualize and say your intentions or prayers aloud. 
 
Setting Your Intention:
As you light your Palo Santo Wood and the smoke begins to fill the room, visualize your intention as breathe in the scent of the wood.
